The cooks are friendly, fast, and eager to please. Educated in the best tradition of cooking providing on-the-spot service to the Fremont citizens. The Specials listed on the menu are exactly that … special! The breakfast, lunch, dinner and all-you-can-eat meals are an excellent surprise waiting to be released to the public.
The Staff:
The staff at Classic Diner obviously get their inspiration from the owners. They are always smiling, recommending new combinations of dishes, and quick to serve. Your food will always be served fresh from the kitchen, you drink always tended, and a dessert always recommended at the end of the fantastic meal. These hard workers go about their business with a proficiency that will leave you in awe.
Our Dedicated Employees
Our faithful employee has been with us for an astounding 18 years. He not only handles the role of excellent head cook, but he is also the assistant manager. His cheerful presence in the kitchen makes him a joy to have around.
Reynaldo is a faithful employee of an amazing 8 years. He is not only an excellent help as a food runner, but he also works as a cook. His easy-going personality makes him a wonderful addition to our staff.
Brenda is our faithful weekday morning server of 6 years. She is a dedicated worker that has a wonderful personality that makes her a joy to have with us.
